“Alison staged my grandmothers home for selling and it was the greatest experience! There are quite a few family members involved in the process of selling the home and not everyone understood the need for “staging” the home.
However, I feel like Alison did way more than that! She provided consultation and guidance for us from the beginning of the renovation process. We were able to use her suggestions to create a cohesive space (from light fixtures, paint and carpet color, to simple things such as light switch plates etc) before she ever brought furniture.
When it was time to stage the empty home, she brought furniture and items to make the home feel like a beautiful, welcoming space.
Besides the fact that all the items she brought made the entire home look seamlessly connected, she thought of every little detail. Even a toothbrush and toothpaste in the guest bath! When the family saw the photos of the home on the market everyone said “she was worth every penny and more!” My grandmothers home sold quickly and I would say mostly due to Alisons beautiful work!

“We had a task before us. My mother had lived in her house for 49 years and our realtor suggested we empty it out to sell it. Out- dated wallpaper, dark paneling, and a few freshly painted walls remained. It didn’t look like much, even though the house was pretty on the outside, well sited, and had a pool.
Our realtor suggested Alison. I called her and we met at the house. She looked around, measured, took notes and photos. We set up delivery time, and I was working in the yard when the truck arrived. Beautiful furniture and artwork paraded through the door. So easy for me, all I had to do was watch! The next day Alison sent me photos. The house had been transformed to a welcoming home. Our realtor had suggested showcasing the pool. The furniture and artwork that Allison chose did just that. Light furniture and beautiful blues throughout, as though the color of the water was being reflected in the house. It felt light and airy. The pieces seemed at home. In the wallpapered kitchen the table, chairs, and place settings made the wallpaper recede into the background and the atmosphere created was one of livability.
